Reacting is for losers
The vast majority of businesses find themselves having to react - with varying levels of panic - to the disruption that the current situation is causing.
If nothing else, this reality should teach us that it would be much more fun to be causing disruption in future, rather than having to accommodate it.
It's time to learn that if we're not regularly trying to change the game in our markets, the game is going to change us - and we might not like the consequences.
So, how are you going to disrupt your market when the recovery starts? If you haven't begun working on that yet, at least one of your major competitors is already way ahead of you.
