Headstart.

Counterintuitively, it takes a lot of effort to become more efficient and productive.


At least at the beginning.


You have to change deeply ingrained habits like reading the news before you start work.


You need to do things you don't necessarily want to, like getting up earlier.


And you need to upset other people, by saying "No" more often.


It takes a while to get used to these things and there will be some short term pain.
