Service that sucks.

When ordering processes go wrong.

I recently experienced the following as a customer:

  • I made an enquiry about a product and was quoted a price.

  • I placed the order and was promised delivery.

  • Delivery didn't happen.

  • I sent a reminder about the order, and was promised delivery again.

  • Delivery didn't happen, again.

  • I made a final order request, and delivery happened, but the price was double what I was originally quoted.

How well is your order process working in the real world?

When was the last time you tested it from the customer's perspective?

As a business owner, you should be doing this at least twice a year.

If you'd like some tips about how to do it effectively, contact me.
