You believe what?


Just because you’ve always believed something, doesn’t make it true.


For example, have you always thought you do your best work in the evening?


Try getting up at 5 and going to bed at 9 for a couple of weeks and see if your belief changes. It might not, but at least you’ll know.


Then apply the same principle to any other area of your life where you might be stuck in your ways.


I’m pretty sure you’ll uncover some useful growth opportunities.
