I work a little differently with my clients when compared with other consultants. I believe in agile activity that gets results, not grand plans and 100-slide powerpoint decks. I charge according to value, not time. And above all, I expect to work with you, not for you.
The Roadmap: All my consultancy work starts with a roadmapping workshop that helps me understand your business, your customers and your objectives. Afterwards, you get a detailed plan for achieving your ideal outcome. This is a fixed price service that can be offset against your investment in me to execute on that plan.
Fees: I charge my clients according to the value I can deliver, based on the expected outcome of the engagement. I do not use hourly or daily rates, simply because they provide poor value to you by rewarding the length of the engagement, instead of results.
