Hamish Mackenzie is a highly successful strategic workshop facilitator who has worked closely with senior international technology business executives all over the world since 2006.
He launched his Valuable Difference Workshops in 2021, specifically to help small and midsized technology businesses differentiate by delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
Run onsite or online, these workshops are for technology business owners, CEOs and their executive teams. Every workshop identifies unique customer value opportunities and creates a plan for realizing them – guaranteed.
Specifically, participants will be guided to:
Define what is uniquely valuable about the customer outcomes the business delivers.
Assess how well aligned key internal stakeholders and staff are on that value.
Benchmark how well sales and marketing activities are currently communicating customer value.
Uncover cost-effective opportunities for enhancing or adding new customer value.
Identify the actions needed to better create, communicate and deliver customer value in future.
Assign accountabilities for ensuring successful execution of new customer value plans.
Hamish runs a maximum of 2 workshops per month, with a maximum of 8 participants in each. They must usually be booked at least two months in advance.
He can also support and advise on the execution of the workshop results as required.
